Pink Floyd's Roger Waters are going on a world tour

Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters are going on a world tour to mark the 30th anniversary of the band’s album The Wall Waters is 66 now a solo performer, said: “I want to try to make a new performance of this piece.”The American leg of the tour starts in September before coming to Europe for a series of shows in 2011. Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters will return to the Xcel Energy Center on Oct. 27 to perform the 1979 concept album “The Wall” in its entirety.
The rocking star Waters has been declared details of 36 performances of The Wall for North America starting in Toronto, Canada, on September 15. The Wall boasts Pink Floyd classics including “Comfortably Numb,” “Another Brick in the Wall Pt. 2,” “Mother,” “Run Like Hell” and “Young Lust,” and ranks among the best-selling albums of all time alongside The Dark Side of the Moon. The wonderful new production of The Wall is a challenge to draw some comparisons, to clarify our current dilemma, and is devoted to all the innocent lost in the intervening years. The show will be a state-of-the art affair, featuring a 240-foot-wide and 35-foot-tall wall constructed and afterward torn down during the concerts. Other props and special effects are expected to be part of the show as well.
After 30 years the Pink Floyd has been released the landmark double album The Wall and he believes there’s still a need for his dark masterpiece of alienation. The Floyd bassist, co-founder and principal songwriter will recreate the album in its entirety on a major tour that starts in Toronto Sept. 15 and includes a stop at Ottawa’s Scotiabank Place Oct. 17.
Roger Waters will visit The Consol Energy Center, Uptown, on September 26 as part of the 30th anniversary of the landmark Pink Floyd album “The Wall.” The show will feature a new production of the work, which has only been performed 31 times in its entirety. The Pittsburgh date will be the fourth concert after two shows in Chicago. . Kenneth Rijock World-Tour Comes to New York

New York and London (PRWEB) June 2, 2008 — Acclaimed Financial crime consultant, Kenneth Rijock, will be presenting a World-Check Power Breakfast in New York on the 16th of June.
